Jay Fro Wildrose Leader Brian Jean is rejecting a union with the Progressive Conservatives, a party he described in a speech Friday as "confused about its values" and rife with "instability." ... AND hmm what is your party Now BRAIN huh? Answer me that--------Julie Ali Jay Fro Good for Brian Jean. He's got balls. All of the WR supporters should vote against unification. Wildrose will win without the PCs. Don't you all remember the Tapcal Trust Fund? The PCs since the time of Lougheed were getting contributions from folks and not telling us about the donors. Why? Just the Tapcal Trust Fund alone is so anti-democratic that any WR voter should kick the PCs to the curb. We also should not forget the less than bright diversifications schemes of the PCs that spent billions of dollars of our cash, the blown up hospitals, the failure to deal with environmental messes that are now waiting for our grandkids to pay such as the tailings ponds that big oil wants to dump in a hole and cover up with water to be the new lake districts of Alberta. Thanks to the NDPCs who are even more gutless than the PCs we have loaned the oil and gas industry $235 million with $30 million from the feds (all Canadian voters) to ensure the loan is tax free. If all this junk doesn't turn you against unification, well then I don't know what will. We don't need to unite with the incompetent PCs. But sure as lawns have dandelions, they want to unite with us and mess up our lawn with their weeds.-

Instead of avoiding the infectious particles of PC politicians the WR folks want to immerse themselves in the Ebola Party for no darn reason that I can determine. Folks are annoyed sufficiently with the NDP folks for reasonable and unreasonable causes to elect a flying pig party in the next provincial election. And yet we are being told that nope-it can't be done. WR has to have the less than satisfactory entitled group of PCs to make them a legitimate contender to the bitumen throne. What the heck?

Julie Ali I don't agree with the unification with the PCs. This is going to be a major problem for Wildrose. Why? We've got long memories folks. I've voted PCs for ages and won't ever do it again. With voters like myself we will choose to vote for other parties rather than a PC-Wildrose merger. Very sad that the Wildrose are subverting its grassroots base to do this sort of political game.

Sarah Irmen But if they don't unify, the vote could be split between Wildrose and PC again and that would leave us stuck with NDP again! ANYTHING is better than NDP!!!

Dean Miller If the majority of 75% pass this then I hope you would help to form the guiding principles of a new party that reflect your values.

Julie Ali Dean Miller We already have a party that reflects our values. Why do we need to take in the incompetent PCs who don't reflect our values?

Jay Fro So done with Wild rose. None of these people deserve to be leader of any party they have no confidence in their own leadership
