About the Artist
Born in 1966 in Kapan, Southern Armenia. Since 1984, has lived and worked in St. Petersburg. From 1988 to 1993 studied at the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, the Faculty of Fine Arts. Gaspar (Armen Gasparian)
Born in 1966 in Kapan, Southern Armenia. Since 1984, has lived and worked in St. Petersburg. From 1988 to 1993 studied at the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, the Faculty of Fine Arts. Member of St. Petersburg Union of Artists. A well known and awarded artist, Armen Gasparian has found his own artistic language, based on both classical traditions and contemporary innovations. The artist’s works are presented in private collections in Germany, Holland, Finland, the US, Russia and other countries.
