I send courage and my soul / to you / if you are struggling too---------Alexandre (Jules Marie Edouard) Larcade lives in the province of Ontario in Canada. Since December 2015, Alex currently lives between a psych ward 1.25 hours from home and his home in Huntsville. Canada lacks supports for adults with autism who are in crisis. Alex is an amazing young man who is an advocate for people with autism. He enjoys music, numbers, talking with people, swimming, and is compassionate, kind, a healer and learning Rekki. Alex has a wonderful brother Emile, and loves his Personal Support Workers. Alex suffered PTDS in public school following an abduction and sexual abuse. He recently was mis understood after a med change and changes in life, and was 5 point restrained and endured chemical and mechanical restraints. His autism mis understood behaviours and doctors not trained to realize the terrible impact this has on visual thinkers. This dialled back his autism, his ability to filter sensory, and created acute anxiety and recovery from PTSD again. Until 2015 Alex has a very fulfilling life within his community, complete with friends and a network of supports. Our goal is to illustrate his happiness and health as a beacon for others to learn about autism and for us to help us to access sufficient supports to bring Alex home. We have created a special loving home for Alex and others to grow up and achieve independence with full time supports Casa Alex complete with animals and therapies on 1 acre in Muskoka. Thanks for finding us or for your continued stay on Alex's page.

I take my soul like a stick
to probe
the snow on the road ahead

I trust in my soul
as I blindly go
to the destination that I don't know

I wish for courage
and so my soul props me up
as I struggle

I trust in my soul
as I blindly go
to the destination that I don't know

I send courage and my soul
to you
if you are struggling too

I trust in my soul
as I blindly go
to the destination that I don't know

for we here
for nothing other than
spreading these matters to all

I trust in my soul
as I blindly go
to the destination that I don't know

and if you are afraid
in the dark times
don't wish for an easy way

I trust in my soul
as I blindly go
to the destination that I don't know

instead take your soul
like a stick for the road
to probe the blizzard dark

I trust in my soul
as I blindly go
to the destination that I don't know

and to go into the light
we're here for courage and love
and if you wish you can have these as well

I trust in my soul
as I blindly go
to the destination that I don't know

when we reach the final door and escape
the trap finally   I will say the same words
that I say now    we're here for courage and love

I trust in my soul
as I blindly go
to the destination that I don't know

STORY

Alexandre (Jules Marie Edouard) Larcade lives in the province of Ontario in Canada.

He recently was misunderstood after a med change and changes in life, and was 5 point restrained and endured chemical and mechanical restraints.

We remain committed to shining the light on autism and special needs rights; We will not allow force "attrition" tactics on us in an attempt to create an abandonment of Alex into inadequate, unethical, inappropriate and undignified options for living.

Bringing Alex home and the journey to end living in group homes, and be in a home of his own is the journey you see on this page. After16 years and 9 moves in group or foster care. Ontario now allows our funding stipend to be spend in a Person Centred Manner, and Alex choose to have his own home and share it, and eventually teach younger people with autism what is possible in life.

Alex inspires people and had a transformative impact on many he touches. He is not broken, he is different. Love has kept us believing as has the sheer will and determination of Alex to find his place in this world.

Thanks for your queries regarding Alex. Alex remains in hospital. There are no beds so we are in our amazing emergency.
They took the door off and brought in a hospital bed which he really appreciated. Our hospital is small but i feel like we are in heaven compared to other settings we have been in. The doctors and nurses are so compassionate.
Our PSW team are by his side 24 hours a day with respect, calm, and compassion.
Alex has high anxiety right now, and his back pain continues.
His autism sensory is very high right now which is like walking through a sensory storm most minutes of the day and a head battle in itsel. Clocks sound like loud booms, lights look like LSD storms, eating can feel like ice shards to swallow.
He isn't eating much and has lost 9 pounds this week and over 20 pounds this month.
He is anemic, has genetic HLAB27 marker, CK of 470,
and iron serum deficiency.
Solve away Facebook world....
