--#FollowingRuthAdria--------Here is a picture of Ruth Adria telling folks at the award ceremony that she is a nice lady but she is still banned, ticketed, taken out of continuing care facilities/hospitals by security guards and is sued for simply speaking for the most defenceless citizens in Alberta. All of this happens with the full complicity of the government of Alberta and public bodies. But of course y'all won't understand what happens to Ruth until it happens to you with the Trespass to Premises legislation created by the good old boys and good old gals of the PCs and continued without an appeal by the good old boys and good old gals of the NDP folks. Such a neat set up and when you see it clearly it's fantastic how well it has been constructed to silence the lambs. Well most lambs. Not Ruth Adria. http://www.qp.alberta.ca/documents/Acts/T07.pdf Province of Alberta Office Consolidation Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000 Chapter T-7 Current as of June 1, 2004 TRESPASS TO PREMISES ACT

Julie Ali
 feeling happy.
1 min
Younger boy was late getting up for NAIT. He had a quick meal of Cheerios and milk and was off.
I have a pile of work to do for the next few days. Tomorrow younger boy has a check in appointment with Dr. Lappa.
Then Friday Rebecca comes home for another art and film home visit.
The art home visits are working out well. We will have to get more brushes since I don't know where I put my paint brushes.
I have a ton of colour pencils so maybe she can do some pencil work.
I tell her we will post the paintings on her own blog and she will make a fortune.
In any case, there will be a great deal of brain work going on. The most intellectual work happens when you create -at least this is what I believe.
The geranium is bursting her britches with red flowers.
The purple African violet is also over expressing herself with blooms.
Really the writing room mess is only endurable with the budding of flowers.
Better get back to 2014 where Rebecca is headed back to hospital.

#TrespassToPremisesLegislation big hammer on small citizen ants. The legislation is designed to put power in already powerful hands while no provision is made to remedy the power imbalance with an appeal process. The PCs did not want an appeal and nor do the NDP folks. Why would they want to have the just society in Alberta? Politicians are only interested in citizens for the purpose of getting into government and staying in government; after this matter has been accomplished they ignore us.
But can they ignore us when families speak about the power imbalances in the continuing care system and provide their stories to the public? Can a government stand that fails oversight of our most defenceless citizens? The PCs did not survive and the NDP folks won't. The families will be the way to change in Alberta.
