Early morning rituals --and real warriors in action

Early morning. The day is tepid and the sky is faded blue jeans blue.

I have had a bowl of Sunny Boy cereal. So did younger boy. He had no choice about the cereal. I've been feeding it to him for the past two days.

Usually he has the sweet stuff.  He likes cereal with junky stuff in it but I have stopped buying these brands now and we will be eating this cereal and fruit now. I make a pot full of the cereal the day  before and heat it up with milk for him in the morning. I add fruit (usually an apple) on the side.
It's a good thing.

I am starting to give younger boy this mush for breakfast since it is good to eat as well.

Can't start the day without my fix of Dr. Brené Brown. Some things just go together.
I  will add the Sick Kids video to my  morning every morning to see real warriors in action.
