Complaining is only useful when a large body of citizens complain and are activated to change the world. I thought we had that for a millisecond in Alberta but it seems it was not to be. Oh, well. Best to keep trucking. Younger boy has his onion soup and bread. Outside the garden keeps growing. The world is fertile in it's autumnal descent. We are here only once. Let us make our lives glowing as the fall leaves.

I made some onion soup for younger boy and he is eating a ton of bread. I am still tuckered out. I did one Emily Dickinson poem.
I roasted a red pepper and will purée it to add to the spaghetti sauce.  This is the only way to get red pepper into younger boy.

Since everyone is different you have to respect these differences. Outside the aspens are hypnotically swaying and after the two bowls of onion soup I feel it is time for a nap.

Most folks who comment on politics tend to be biased and it is best to accept these biases and not bother to call them out on them because usually what happens is that they won't let you post any more on their blogs. Of course these are their personal blogs and they can do what they like. You--if you have a blog can also write on the personal blog and make your comments. It's not right however for government and it's subservient public bodies such as the Edmonton Public School board to do this sort of winnowing. They are public bodies. They are being paid by us. We should be able to comment in any way possible to them.

The politicians always like to do the work their way and of course most of us can't do much other than a letter to the editor to decry the absence of service or the lack of democratic representation. Complaining in this fashion is not useful. Far better to yap on a blog for years and build up a body of work.
